Maintenance Manager
Royal Freemasons Benevolent Institution is a charitable organisation that has been providing care and accommodation to the elderly since 1970.
As the Approved Provider for Ken Thompson Lodge we are seeking to employ a highly motivated manager who is willing to commit to providing quality to the lives of our residents in our 62 bed Residential Aged Care Facility (including dementia specific) and 34 Self Care Villas. The successful applicant will report to the General Manager.
The successful applicant will have; Trade Qualifications or relevant workforce skills Knowledge of OHS & Risk Management, Continuous Improvement Effective Leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills Be able to work within budgetary confines Excellent computer skills The successful applicant will be employed under the RFBI Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2009.
