Focus on best practice service delivery of community programs in Armidale
We have been caring for Australians and their communities for nearly 200 years. We are a non-religious, non-profit, independent organisation, working to bring about positive social change in response to community needs.
This position will be primarily responsible for day to day operational management of our programs including the Brighter Futures program working with vulnerable children and their families as well as the Personal Helpers and Mentors program, helping those people living with a mental illness to live independently. This position will drive outcomes focused, strengths based practice within a resilience framework and be actively involved in community engagement and developing networks.
