As the Approved Provider for Ken Thompson Lodge we are seeking to employ a highly motivated person who will commit to providing quality care to residents in our 60 bed ageing in place and high care facility including people living with dementia and respite care. Ken Thompson is currently compliant with accreditation standards.
The successful applicant will Have a current Registered Nurse practicing certificate with the NSW Nurses & Midwives Board or equivalent Will have current clinical experience Sound knowledge of aged care ( legislation, accreditation, ACFI funding) or willing to learn Knowledge of OHS & Risk Management, Continuous Improvement Effective leadership, good communication, & interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills Be able to work within funding & budgetary confinesThe successful applicant will be employed under the RFBI Enterprise Agreement 2009.
